RESEARCH OF SENIOR STUDENTS PREPAREDNESS FOR AUTONOMOUS LANGUAGE PRACTICE IN TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. The authors discuss the problem of preparing students for autonomous learning and cognitive activity, present the main characteristics of this type of activity and the indicators of students preparedness for its performance, and suggest the methodological recommendations to ensure students preparedness for autonomous language practice, developed with taking into account the analysis of bachelors’ and masters’ survey results of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.
