FIGURES OF SPEECH IN ENGLISH-LANGUAGE VIRTUAL ADVERTISEMENT (BY THE EXAMPLE OF WEBSITE APPLE)

Abstract. The author discusses the questions of using the figures of speech and tropes in the creolized texts of virtual advertisement, considers and classifies the use of figures of speech in verbal component at the level of paradigmatics and syntagmatics, and also undertakes the attempt to illustrate their use in the visual component of poly-coded texts.
