FUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF QUASI-DIRECT SPEECH IN NOVEL "DANCE OF DEATH" BY B. KELLERMANN

Abstract. The author considers the functional features of quasi-direct speech in the genre of psychological novel (by the material of novel "Dance of Death" by B. Kellermann), and pays particular attention to interpretive and plot-organizing functions activating reader’s perspective and meeting author’s intention.
