ON DEFINITION OF BASIC CONCEPT "T?S" AND ITS SEMANTIC FIELD BY THE EXAMPLE OF COLOUR NAMING IN THE TATAR LANGUAGE

Abstract. The author presents the analysis of knowledge base degree of the concept "t?s" (colour) in modern philology, considers researchers’ works involved in the study of this problematic in the Turkic philology and Tatar linguistics, and along with it conducts the analysis of the concept "t?s" (colour) in the Tatar language picture of the world and historical changes associated with this concept.
