RESEARCHES OF PHYSICAL-ACOUSTIC ASPECT OF PRONUNCIATION BY V. A. BOGORODITSKII

Abstract. The author analyzes the acoustic researches conducted by V. A. Bogoroditskii, tells that the Russian scientist showed the similarities and differences in the formation of musical sounds and noises, pays special attention to the researches of V. A. Bogoroditskii in the sphere of changing the timbre, substantiates the significance of the researches by comparing his theory with the scientific developments of H. Helmholtz, considers the physical-acoustic researches of V. A. Bogoroditskii from theoretical and practical aspects, and emphasizes their innovative character.
