CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN TRANSLATED TEXT (BY THE MATERIAL OF TATAR WRITER Z. ZAINULLIN’S WORKS)

Abstract. The article considers the issues related to the cross-cultural component of translation competence. A comparison of the text of Tatar writer Z. Zainullin’s original work and its translation into the Russian language allows revealing the direction and nature of translational transformations and determining their reasons. It is shown that the adequacy of translation is achieved due to the ability of an interpreter to eliminate the gaps of the cultural space of the original text in various ways.
