LANGUAGE EXPERIENCE OF CHILD IN STORY "KOTIK LETAEV" BY ANDREI BELYI

Abstract. The author analyzes the verbal experience of a child-narrator in the story "Kotik Letaev" by Andrei Belyi, pays special attention to the revelation of ideological-thematic and formal-content aspects in the narrator’s speech structures, and reveals the illogical (associative) structuring of speech patterns in the internal monologues of Kotik-child in accordance with the author’s creative concept to convey the "rhythms of internal life". Such concept helps create the meaning multiplicity of the text. It is also implemented by the author’s conscious accentuation on the mystification of real-life relationships between narrative instances, which allows tracing the evolution of the narrator’s image in the text by analyzing the language potential, implicitly contained
