SECONDARY TEXT AS LEGAL CONFLICT SOURCE

Abstract. The author considers the possible types of someone else's text transfer: objective (transmission) and subjective (transformation), reflecting an interpreter's attitude to primary text and the pragmatic orientation of secondary text, and mentions that the differentiation between distortion and interpretation is implemented in the aspect of judicial proceedings caused by the inadequate representation of text-source.
