LEGAL ETHICS TERMINOLOGY IN THE USA SUPREME COURT DISCOURSE: STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT TENDENCIES

Abstract. As a result of the diachronic quantitative research of the vocabulary of the judicial decisions texts corpus of the Supreme Court of the USA from 1791 till 2011 the author comes to the conclusion about the increase of legal ethics terms relative frequency during the last twenty years, and shows that contextual diachronic analysis allows determining the composition of the terms in demand and the dynamics of these terms semantics in the discourse of the Supreme Court of the USA.
