CONCEPTS AND PRECEDENT PHENOMENA PECULIARITIES AND FUNCTIONING IN CHINESE POLITICAL METAPHOR

Abstract. The article is devoted to such phenomenon as mass-media political discourse which is a communicative area of political and mass-media discourses overlay. PRC mass-media political discourse having manipulative potential suggests language tropes - metaphors - which get precedent-related status. Chinese political metaphor reproducibility gives reasons to consider it as a symbolic phenomenon.
