IMPROVING THE COMMUNICATIVE EFFICIENCY OF COURT DISCOURSE WITH THE HELPOF NON-VERBAL INFLUENCE MEANS (ON THE BASIS OF FICTION PROSE)

Abstract. It is shown in this article how the use of non-verbal communication means (both phonetical and kinesical) can noticeably improve the efficiency of influencing the trial participants and simplify the solution of the set communicative problems. Specific techniques which are usually used with that purpose are considered.
