Abstract. The solution of social problems depends on the situations existing in society and the authoritative relations realized in communication. That is why we have decided to consider the communication of authoritative relations. Modern information technologies are based on various codes, therefore it is so important to consider the common guideline of the research of communications as a sensor (semantic) code which helps to understand the relations between the subject and the object of authority. In this connection the socio-linguistics aspects of authority phenomenon have special value in the modern world. The German scientist Niklas Luhmann paid great attention to the questions of authority as a communicative code. Within the integral research of the socio-linguistics concepts "authority" and "language" it seems actual to consider these concepts as the translation of communication. The characteristic feature of the topic is as follows: language realities are finally directed towards the establishment of partner relations, towards the harmonization of society and the subjects of political authority that is very urgent now, under the conditions of carrying out the administrative reform and forthcoming important political events.
