MODERN RELIGIOUS SERMON AS A HETEROGENEOUS SPEECH GENRE

Abstract. In the article modern Christian sermon is considered as a complex speech genre of the religious discourse combining the features of institutionality and existence. The sermon is characterized both as a communication within the framework of the public institute of church and as a speech revealing the religious outlook of the preacher.
