Abstract. The article analyzes the aortic-duodenal fistula, a fistula between the aortic aneurysm and the duodenum causing dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding. Pathology is extremely rare, and therefore its diagnosis is difficult. The aim of the work is to select tactics of examination and treatment of patients with the aortic-duodenal fistula in the process of the study of patients’ histories with the diagnosis "gastrointestinal bleeding from the lower gastrointestinal tract".
