EDENS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY: ELITE HOUSES AND THEIR INHABITANTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to elite dwelling advertising study. The content analysis use allowed filling the main features of premium dwelling with concrete content and composing a social portrait of its desired inhabitants. The received result makes it possible to draw the following conclusions. Thanks to control means enclosed public space of elite dwelling becomes permeable. Homogeneity of social structure of elite dwelling inhabitants makes communication between them, on the one hand, artificial. On the other hand, it leads to emergence of a human type paying homage to external forms, but having no depth.
