ON NON-STANDARD YAKUT ORTHOGRAPHY (SPELLINGS LIKE С?-?П, С-СУОХ)

Abstract. Orthography is very important for literary language normalization. The article is devoted to certain uncodified phenomena of the Yakut orthography. The author examines techniques to represent in writing the peculiarities of emphatic speech. Special attention is paid to the hyphen as an orthographic means used when putting down non-standard phenomena like "с?-?п" ("Oke-ey"), "с-суох" ("No-o").
