ROLE OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION IN FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN POTENTIAL OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract. The article considers the influence of personnel motivation on the efficiency of an enterprise activity, as well as connection between personnel motivation, human potential of an organization and methods of forming and maintaining a high level of employees’ motivation. The results of a survey on motivating and demotivating factors in work carried out at the largest Russian metallurgical enterprise are analyzed.
