ON THE ISSUE OF ACTIVITY OF TERRITORIAL INDUSTRIAL KOLKHOZ-SOVKHOZ ADMINISTRATION IN SLAVYANSK DISTRICT OF KRASNODAR KRAI (1962-1965)

Abstract. The article considers one of the stages of reforms that were carried out by the Soviet government from 1953 to 1965 - restructuring of agriculture management and activity of territorial industrial kolkhoz-sovkhoz administrations on production and procurement of agricultural products. The author comes to the conclusion that despite the common negative result of the country’s agriculture reformation, in a number of cases the experience of territorial administrations’ work turned out to be positive and deserving careful consideration by researchers of the USSR agrarian policy in the second half of the XX century.
