EVALUATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY INDEXES AT LARGE IRON-ORE QUARRIES OF RUSSIA

Abstract. The article presents the comparative analysis of the performance of the main technological equipment at open-cut mining operations of the leading ore mining and processing enterprises busy with iron ore mining and processing in Russia and Kazakhstan, gives the key production indicators of the enterprises and their equipment with technological devices for open-cut mining operations, determines the considerable variations of the specific duty of the main technological equipment of quarries, shows the estimated operating expenses for quarry transport.
