PREREVOLUTIONARY CHILDREN’S MAGAZINES: TYPOLOGY AND DESIGN

Abstract. The article is devoted to prerevolutionary children’s magazines. Its purpose is consideration of the previously not researched interconnection of their design and typology. The archive of the magazines over all the years of their publication has been studied using the methods of the systemic approach and content-analysis. The subject matter of the paper is conditioned by the gnoseological and practical components, and the results are applicable both in educational process and in contemporary design-activity.
