DEVELOPMENT OF DATA MODEL OF UNIFIED INFORMATION SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTING, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FEDERAL PROPERTY USING EFFICIENCY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the development of the database of the information system of accounting and monitoring of state educational institutions federal property use efficiency. The authors form a conceptual (infological) domain model, identify the basic objects (entities) and information links between them in terms of the ER-model, propose a system of the most important properties for each entity, determine a list of the indicators of federal property use efficiency, prepare a datalogical organizational structure of the data of the unified system of accounting, monitoring and evaluation of federal property use efficiency on the basis of the relational model.
