TECHNOLOGY OF METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF YOUNG DIRECTORS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WHILE ADAPTING TO ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract. The article deals with the adaptation process of the directors-beginners of kindergartens to administrative activity, the possibilities of designing methodological support aimed at creating conditions for the successful integration of the young director into the profession on the basis of objective difficulties and problems associated with the solution of administrative problems. The technology of the methodological support of the adaptation process of the young directors of preschool educational institutions is described.
