CONTROL OVER CONCENTRATION AND DISPERSION IN TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OPERATION SYSTEMS

Abstract. The article reveals the need for control over the parameters of concentration and dispersion in sequential mode in the systems of operation of the technological processes of water-dispersive materials production. The authors consider the drawbacks of the existing methods for dispersion determination, propose the most promising method for the determination of particles size at the moment. Along with this the researches study the process of the technological production of water-dispersive paints. Main attention is paid to the benefits of determining concentration and dispersion in sequential mode.
