SAKHA TRADITIONAL DISH PLASTIC ARTS: CULTURAL-HISTORICAL RELATIONS AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC

Abstract. This article discusses the types and forms of the traditional dishes of Sakha. The aim of the research is to characterize the materials, main kinds, types and forms of Yakut dishes. The author writes about the origins of the Yakuts’ objective world springing from the era of the early nomads of Central Asia, Southern Siberia and the hunters of Northeast Eurasia. The characteristic of the functional features of ceramic, birch-bark, leather, wooden dishes is given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of Sakha traditional wooden dishes, the methods of processing wood and tools for their manufacture.
