ON THE ISSUE OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ PERSONALITIES

Abstract. This article reveals issues related to future teachers’ professional qualities. Along with significant personality’s qualities, pedagogical abilities necessary for future teachers in their professional activity are also considered. The authors study some peculiarities of vocational education at institutions of higher education, which includes both the processes of teaching and educating future teachers. The paper presents the views of contemporary researchers on the issues of future specialists’ training for professional activity in various fields.
