CLIENT-ORIENTED APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract. In the article the content of the notion "client focus" is revealed. The levels of business development where the creation of client-oriented management system should take place are shown. On the basis of the model Mckinsey 7S various aspects of client focus manifestation are demonstrated. The main principles of client-oriented approach to the development of the organization are identified. The significant results and levels of client focus development are presented.
