PARADIGM OF "UNCERTAIN FUTURE" AS EXPRESSION OF TURBULENT STATE OF THE MODERN WORLD

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the dominant trends and prospects of the modern world evolution in the light of the paradigm of "uncertain future". According to the author, the turbulent state of the modern world makes it difficult to formulate an adequate model of the future. An attempt is made to reveal the underlying reasons and factors that increase the turbulence of the world, and to identify the political risks determining the unpredictability of the forming world order.
