COMPETENCE OF TEACHER IN HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ READINESS FOR SELF-TRAINING

Abstract. The readiness of students for self-training is an important quality of graduates allowing meeting the requirements of modern information society. It determines the responsible role of a teacher of a higher education establishment in the pedagogical guide of the process of the formation of students’ readiness for self-training. This article discusses ways to improve the competence of teachers of higher education establishments in the context of the formation of university students’ readiness for self-training: the arranging of the moderator’s seminar, the use of coaching technology.
