COMPETENCE MODEL AS ADMINISTRATION TOOL OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract. At present competence approach has acquired great topicality in the personnel management system of the organization and has become its integral part. The aim of the research is to identify the spheres of competence model application in the personnel management system of the organization. The article determines quality standards for competence model that should be followed in the process of its development. The value of competence model in human resource management in the organization is reflected.
