ENERGY EFFICIENCY AS DETERMINING VECTOR OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES

Abstract. The article examines the main ways of improving energy efficiency in the sphere of housing and communal services. From the standpoint of system analysis it is substantiated that in the modernization of the sphere of housing and communal services the improvement of energy efficiency becomes the key factor of its innovative development. In this context the main target of the steady development of the sphere of housing and communal services should be the practical realization of the complex of economically viable measures aimed at reducing the consumption of thermal energy and other resources.
