CERTIFICATION AS FACTOR OF ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT

Abstract. The article touches upon the problem of the certification of personnel in the organization. The definition of the notion "certification of personnel" is given. The goals, objectives and functions of certification, its principles, and factors affecting the certification of personnel are considered. Particular attention is paid to the evaluation of labour and personnel during certification. The methods of personnel evaluation are presented: ranking; rating; matrix of pairwise comparisons; method of specified distribution; management by objectives. The connection of personnel evaluation with motivation and personnel regulation is traced.
