OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES USING 3D-MODELING OF WELDING ACCESSORIES FOR AUTOMATED ROBOTIC COMPLEX

Abstract. The article describes the methods to eliminate errors and shortages in the welding accessory construction by 3D-modeling tools. The author presents technical characteristics of a robotic welding system for aluminium welding. The paper focuses on projecting a special accessory and its 3D-modeling, analyzes the program ‘RobotStudio’ aimed to emulate the technological process of robotic welding.
