NEW TRENDS IN LEGISLATION ON EXACTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE FINES: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract. The article examines the problems of the imposition and exaction of administrative fines. The author analyzes the amounts of fines, penalties for their nonpayment and the motives to appeal for the Federal Bailiffs’ Service. The paper describes the typical features of administrative fines indicating the simplicity of their application, examines the prospects for introducing 50% reduction for fine payment.
