LINGUISTIC ASPECTS OF MODERN STUDIES OF HUMAN SENSORICS

Abstract. The article examines the linguistically relevant aspects of modern sensory studies. The paper analyzes the factors promoting the actualization of sensory subject matter in the modern humanities. The author argues for the necessity of interdisciplinary dialogue on studying human sensorium, discovers the dependency of the humanities studies on linguistics and identifies the role of linguistics in the comprehensive study of sensory processes.
