TRAINING THE STAFF FOR AVIATION AND SPACE INDUSTRY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF MERGER IN AIRSPACE COMPLEX

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of staff provision for the Russian airspace complex within the framework of the merger of aviation and space industry. The author introduces possible ways to overcome staff problems in the industry based on the analysis of specialists’ training at core educational institutions, working conditions, socially important issues, the interest of the state, the internal resources of the industry taking into account the specifics of the Russian airspace complex. The paper discusses reasons for labour turnover, ways to remove them, the development of the scientific and engineering-technical staff of airspace industry, the purposes, priorities, tasks of the development of the staff’s potential and specialized staff training for this industry.
