EVOLUTION OF VIEWS ON STUDYING PERSONNEL’S MOTIVATION

Abstract. The article deals with the evolution of the views of management schools on exploring the problem of personnel’s motivation. Special attention is paid to studying the conceptual apparatus of motivation theory. The author analyzes the conceptions of meaningful and procedural motivation theories. Reinforcement theory is also under analysis. The paper identifies dependence between the outcome and the reward of a worker.
