ROLE OF PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES ACTIVITY IN DEVELOPING DELAY OF EMBRYO GROWTH SECONDARY TO CHRONIC PLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY

GULAYA Valeriya Sergeevna
Siberian State Medical University

Abstract. The article highlights new approaches to the early diagnosis of chronic placental insufficiency, which more often than other predisposing factors serves as a backdrop for the development of embryo growth delay. The proteolytic enzymes - trypsin- and elastosis-like proteinases - are promising ones in the role of biochemical markers that allow predicting the development of this disease at the early stages of gestation. Proteolytic activity in the body, in its turn, is regulated by inhibitory systems, in particular by ? 1-proteinase inhibitor. Many metabolic processes depend on the relation of proteolysis system activity and the activity of the inhibitory system of the body, namely the refractoriness of vessels to vasoconstrictors and the formation of compensatory-adaptive mechanisms at tissue level in the "mother - placenta - embryo" system.
