USE OF MOTIVATION LAWS IN PRACTICE OF ELEMENTARY GENERAL EDUCATION TEACHERM

Abstract. In the article the topicality of the problem of the development of the communicative competence of the elementary general education teacher proceeding from the social order of society, which requires a high professional level of the teacher’s communication with all members of educational relations, is grounded. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of theoretical and practical material received during the study in order to organize a higher level of the development of the communicative competence of the elementary general education teacher the author considers the ability of the teacher to use the laws of motivation both in the classroom with pupils and in communication with parents.
