Abstract. The article reveals the information that now there is the emergence of a new system of preschool education in the city of Vladikavkaz, as well as in the whole country. Up to the present time federal state requirements still remained the only fundamental document of the legal base of preschool education system necessary for implementation in all types and kinds of educational institutions, the key point for preschool education system development. During the implementation of federal requirements the qualitative changes of the preschool education system of Vladikavkaz were achieved.
