ORGANIZATIONAL-METHODOLOGICAL WORK AT THE CHAIR OF HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT IN PROCESS OF MASTERING NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract. The importance of teaching staff cohesion for ensuring the quality of pedagogical innovations mastering is shown. By the example of the introduction of the point-rating system of students’ knowledge assessment the authors describe the cycle of events carried out at the university chair and helping to achieve the best possible results at the expense of the formation of the individual activity of teaching staff members and the skills of their joint activity.
