STUDENT’S MULTICULTURAL PERSONALITY FORMATION IN HIGHER SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. The article substantiates the topicality of multicultural education model introduction into higher school educational process as the core factor in the development of the multicultural and tolerant properties of the student’s personality. The content of the notion "multicultural personality" is revealed. The methodological and practical aspects of multicultural education implementation at a higher education establishment are also considered.
