PLANNING OF REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF DESTRUCTED HOUSING FACILITIES

Abstract. The article discusses the planning of repair-recovery works, the prediction of the state of buildings under restoration and their structural elements. Such aspects as physical tear and wear influence on buildings under restoration and their structural elements, the inspection of buildings under restoration and the production of repair-recovery works in constrained conditions are also considered. The author substantiates the position that for achieving the economic viability and quality of repair-recovery works it is necessary to plan them effectively.
