COACHING APPROACHES USE FOR IMPROVING MODERN MANAGERS’ TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract. The article considers the issues connected with the necessity to raise the motivation of young people and, in particular, the Russian higher education establishments students for new knowledge acquiring, which is more and more cultivated under the conditions of dynamically developing innovative economy. Old approaches and teaching methods hardly contribute to it nowadays, and only the use of new progressive teaching approaches, such as coaching, can promote the change of the current situation in training the managers "of tomorrow".
