REALIZATION OF NEW FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS IN CONTEXT OF EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY

Abstract. The article discloses the philosophical basis of education reformation in Russia. The most priority, to the author’s mind, directions of new Federal State Educational Standards ready to be used at school are shown. The reasons of the unsuccessful moments of soviet and post-soviet education are explained in brief. The connection between professionalism and the specialist’s moral image is considered.
