Abstract. The author considers the social conditionality of justice as an independent object of criminal-legal protection, the correlation of justice with judiciary and judicature; defines the concept of "justice" in narrow and broad senses; substantiates the necessity of the criminal-legal support of justice; reveals the mechanisms of encroachment on justice; provides particular recommendations for the improvement of the criminal-legal norms on crimes concerning justice.
