PREVENTION OF DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR AS CONDITION OF CONVICTED JUVENILES’ RE-SOCIALIZATION

Abstract. The article considers the problem of preventing destructive behaviour as a condition of the re-socialization of convicted juveniles. The author suggests principles and strategies for preventing the destructive behaviour of juvenile offenders, who are serving their sentence in a correctional institution. Particular attention is paid to the stages of juvenile offenders’ re-socialization taking into account the prevention of destructive behaviour.
