SENIOR PUPIL’S VALUE SELF-DETERMINATION AS BASIS OF HIS/HER LEGAL CULTURE FORMATION

Abstract. In the article the interrelation of the personality’s legal culture and his/her value self-determination is shown. This interrelation is regarded as the personality education including the process and result of the personality’s determination of his/her own attitude towards such values as Person, Native Land, and World. The process of teaching law to senior pupils is considered as the condition of forming their value self-determination. Educational means, which promote the formation of the value consciousness of the modern schoolchild as a moral basis of his/her legal culture, are given.
