STUDYING SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract. The article contains the general conclusion of the theoretical analysis of social and psychological competence problem. On the basis of this conclusion the structural components of social and psychological competence are singled out: personality, cognitive, operational. The methodology of social and psychological competence empirical research and its results are presented. The dynamics of social and psychological competence components development, which are characteristic for teachers’ training college students at the beginning and the end of studying, is shown. The insufficient level of social and psychological competence indicators development of teachers’ training college graduates is revealed.
