ELEMENTS OF CONTRACT ON PAID MEDICAL SERVICES RENDERING

Abstract. The article is devoted to considering contract on paid medical services rendering as type of contract on onerous services rendering. The author analyzes the elements of this contract and undertakes the attempt to formulate the definitions of contract on paid medical services rendering.
