PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT TEACHER FROM THE POSITION OF PERSON’S RESOURCES

Abstract. In the article professional self-development is given as a dominant defining the content of the professional activity of the higher education establishment teacher. The author pays special attention to this process, which is impossible without taking into account the teacher’s potential – his/her own resource. The generalization of the conducted research results allowed revealing the kinds of the personal resources of the higher education establishment teacher in professional self-development. They are professional competence resource, value resource, personal resource, health saving resource.
